Kevin's business experience stretches over a decade. In 2010, he launched his independent consulting firm, which grew into a successful enterprise that partnered with dozens of marketing and sales agencies in and around New England. With Kevin's help, his clients built and trained better teams for direct sales, utilized unique operational programs that increased sales while decreasing costs, and instituted new, effective employee evaluation systems to increase performance.
In 2015, Kevin took a position as Lead Technician with New England Smart Energy Home Energy Solutions. Applying the knowledge, he had gained in his previous position. Kevin grew his technical skills in building science by getting certified through the Building Performance Institute. Certification in Building Analyst and Building Envelope.
Years later, Kevin rose to act as market manager for the nationwide payroll, taxes, and HR firm PrimePay. Working with PrimePay's clientele of small and large businesses, Kevin developed and maintained PrimePay's book of business in Connecticut, managed representatives in Connecticut, Maine, and New York; sold payroll and employee benefit administration services; built and maintained relationships with Hartford & Fairfield County, Connecticut's most prominent health brokers and CPAs; and trained sales representatives in best sales practices.
